What services does I-Smile provide?
I-Smile can work with your family to provide the following services:
Help finding a dentist for your family
Dental screenings
Fluoride varnish treatments
Dental sealants
Nutritional and oral hygiene education
Dental prophies (cleanings)
Dental insurance and medical insurance information as well as presumptive eligibility (Hawk-i and Medicaid coverage to those that qualify)
Relief from barriers to receiving dental treatment (transportation information, cost, fear, etc)
Free dental supplies (toothbrushes, toothpaste, Xylitol gum, flossers)
When should I find a dentist for my child?
By age one
When should I find a dentist if I am pregnant?
As soon as you can. A healthy mouth is essential for a healthy pregnancy!
