When a child is enrolled they will be eligible for 12 months. Coverage must be renewed every year. Renewal forms must be completed and returned every year in order for coverage to continue. Marion County Public Health is available for assistance with completing an application or a renewal. The South Central Regional Coalition (SCRC) collaborates with partners from Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Marion, Monroe, Warren, and Wayne counties to reach families. |
